ORDER INQUIRIES

If you need help with your order please send an email to info@lunamosaics.com (please include your order number.) We will contact you within as soon as we can. You can also call 407.930.0750 - leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  We are able to respond to emails much faster.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA

If you would like to place an order and live outside of the USA, we would be more then happy to help.  Right now the website isn't set up to accept orders from outside of the USA, but we can create an order for you with the proper shipping amount.  Please fill out the form below and let us know that you would like to place an order, what country you would like your order shipped and what you'd like to order (you don't need to list every item, just enough to give us an idea about the size of the package).  We will then email you with a shipping estimate.  You can choose whether you'd like to place an order and we can send you an invoice to pay from.|

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
